VoteMyBaby.com is a photo upload and information system provided by VoteMyBaby.com for user entertainment. Our service enables users to submit photographs for the general public to review. VoteMyBaby.com users decide what content is made available to other users of the VoteMyBaby.com photo submission system. VoteMyBaby.com system users are responsible for complying with all applicable federal and state laws that apply to uploaded content, pictures, and photographs including any copyright laws.

• a statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your Notice is accurate and that you are the copyright or intellectual property owner or authorized to act on the copyright or intellectual property owner's behalf.
